We go beyond a basic CRM implementation; we craft actionable strategies designed to move the needle on key performance indicators. Our focus is offers process design, staff augmentation, strategy assessment, marketing implementation and integration services. As we continue to scale our internal and client-facing digital initiatives, we're seeking a Senior Media Buyer with a proven track record in managing high-performing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following...
• Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
• Manage monthly ad budgets of $30k–$100k+, focused on efficiency, lead quality, and scalable ROI
• Conduct A/B testing for creative, targeting, placements, and bidding strategies
• Track and analyze KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates
• Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights and clear recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, CRM, content) to ensure alignment with broader business and client goals
• Stay informed on platform changes, industry trends, and new ad tech
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in performance media buying (Meta + Google Ads)
• Proven success in managing large-scale campaigns with measurable impact
• Strong analytical and optimization skills — you're comfortable making decisions based on data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-driven and dependable in a remote work environment
• Experience in lead generation funnels and/or B2B paid campaigns is a plus
Bonus Points For
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Understanding of buyer journeys and long sales cycles
• Experience working within a consultancy, SaaS, or RevOps-focused organization
